•	The First National Women's Rights Convention was held in Worcester, MA in 1850. Notable speakers and attendees were Abby Kelly Foster, Lucky Stone, Susan B. Anthony, and William Lloyd Garrison.
•	Worcester, MA was first settled in 1673 and was officially incorporated in 1684. The settlement was established as a town in 1722, and chartered as a city in 1848.
