Russ did some work on a multi family I own. The thing I like best about his work was his ability to solve problems creatively. Other contractors I interviewed gave me one way to do things, and that was it. Russ listened to what I wanted to do, and then went out of his way to offer alternative ways to do things so I could stay within my budget. Russ was always on time, was courteous to the people living in the building, and always left the job site clean. I am very happy with Russ's work. I would definitely hire him again and sincerely recommend him to anyone looking for high quality work, creative thinking, and reasonable prices!
