I contacted him on a Wednesday & he returned my call immediately. Came over the same afternoon & saw what I wanted done. E-mailed me his estimate(reasonable) & 3 references. Thursday I contacted all references . All 3 gave him excellent recommendations. Friday morning he was here by 9:30 & finished his installation by 11:30. Cleaned up & made arrangements to come by on Saturday in case I had any questions.
