Kit was a pleasure to work with in all phases of our design service. We were adding a two car garage with an extension of the Master Bedroom and bath including walk-in closets to our home

While we had a clear concept of what we wanted from the beginning, Kit significantly improved our initial hand drawings and sketches.

He packed a lot of additional features into the plan yet also made it a much more aesthetically pleasing and interesting space.

His 3D graphical output was a major plus in helping us to 'visualize' the space from a virtual reality perspective. With a variety of views, one can really get of feel of what the final product will look like before hand. Without it, I think we would have made some errors that would have been costly to correct during the construction process.

Also, he was very prompt both in returning answers to our questions and in getting the job completed in the time frame we were looking for.

Kit is a talented designer, he is way beyond a draftsperson skill and I personally don't think a licensed architect could have done a better job.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants (1) reliability, (2) great value and (3) outstanding professional design services
