Five Star Services called me less than a minute after I sumbitted my service request through service magic. They were able to arrive thae same day; within a few hours, and were both thorough and professional. My only complaint is that the labor fees were a little higher than other companies I have used in the past. (Granted the other companies did work that did not last for very long, so if the fix takes for longer it will be worth the extra cost)
