I needed a mounted tv moved to a new room and surround sound installed. McParland showed up on time, advised me on the best room setup for the speakers and tv, communicated about the installation process along the way, installed a universal remote and left the place spic and span.
They gave me a budget up front and although the job took a bit longer they stayed true to the budget they gave. They went above and beyond to make sure all the equipment was working properly and you could tell they take a lot of pride in the quality of the work as well as the customer being happy with the service. That is a tough thing to find in contractors.
